The product(s) you purchased are inspected and shipped from our E-Commerce Operations Center or stores based on stock availability. If your order includes more than one product and cannot be obtained from a single stock center, we will ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Depending on stock availability, your orders will be shipped individually from our E-Commerce Operations Center or stores to your delivery address. For easy access to our products, there is no delivery fee for orders of 2500 AZN and more. For orders under 2500 AZN, the standard delivery fee is 44.99 AZN.

Can I pick up my order from the store?

When you choose the store pickup option, you can pick up your order at the store that is most convenient for you. You will be notified when your order arrives at our store.

How long does it take to deliver the product I ordered ?

Orders placed on abdullahkigili.com are delivered to the courier company within 1-7 business days on average (excluding campaigns and special days). You will be notified via SMS once your order has been delivered to the courier company. Orders placed on weekends and outside of business hours are processed the next business day. Order processing and delivery times may be slightly longer during peak periods. The delivery time of your order may vary depending on the average delivery times of courier companies, the volume of orders, and the city, district, and region where the address is located.
