Electronic Commercial Message Consent

CONSENT TEXT FOR AUTHORIZED USER DATABASE REGISTRATION AND ELECTRONIC COMMERCIAL MESSAGE

By accepting this Authorized User Database Registration and Electronic Commercial Message Consent/Explicit Consent Text, the individual, hereinafter referred to as the “Subject”, hereby gives consent for the collection, storage, and processing of their personal data provided during registration, under the following terms, to “Kigili Azerbaycan” Limited Liability Company, state-registered under number 1309788751 (TIN), located at Zahid Khalilov street, building 18A, apartment 39, Baku, hereinafter – the “Operator”, freely and in their own interest, for the purpose of fulfilling the requirements of the Law “On Personal Data” No. 998-IIIQ dated 11.05.2010 (with amendments and additions): you agree to receive electronic commercial messages containing data, voice, and images sent to your shared email address, phone number, and other electronic applications for marketing or informational purposes, and to the use, storage, and sharing of the information you provide for this purpose, reserving your rights arising from the relevant legislation.

Based on this explicit consent, the information you share with our Company will be used within the framework of the obligations undertaken in this consent text, as detailed in Kiğılı Giyim Ticaret Anonim Şirketi's Personal Data Protection Policy and Disclosure Text.

For the purpose of fulfilling the requirements of the Law “On Personal Data” No. 998-IIIQ dated 11.05.2010 (with amendments and additions); in cases where consent/explicit consent is revoked, the content of the commercial electronic message and other notes related to the delivery will be registered for submission to the relevant Ministry and legally authorized state bodies when necessary, and will be stored in accordance with our Company's Storage and Destruction Policy from the date the consent expires, with the exception of any legal disputes. After this period, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by our Companies.

If you wish to revoke this consent/explicit consent and no longer receive messages sent to you for marketing or informational purposes, you can perform the opt-out (cancel) operation located in the messages sent to you. Opting out of the authorized database will not terminate the contracts you have signed with our Company. Even if you do not give consent or opt-out, it is still possible for you to receive services from our Company.
