Your application will be evaluated within the framework of the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Applying to the Data Controller".
The application must include the name, surname, Turkish identity number (passport number for foreigners), address, email address if available, telephone number, and subject of the request.
The request must only concern the applicant. If the application is to be made on behalf of another person, a notarized power of attorney must be submitted.
Applications from unauthorized third parties will not be accepted.
Applications will be responded to within 30 days from the date of receipt.
