How can I return or exchange the products I purchased?

You can request a return within 12 months and an exchange within 30 days for the product you purchased, within the terms of return and exchange.
You can only make returns through abdullahkigili.com , and exchange transactions only at Abdullah Kiğılı stores .

You can cancel your order without giving any reason, both within the scope of the "Consumer Protection Law" and related legislation, and the "Kiğılı Giyim Tic. A.Ş. Customer Satisfaction System".


Return and Exchange Terms

According to the "Consumer Protection Law No. 6502", you can unconditionally return or exchange the products you purchased within 14 days by exercising your right of withdrawal.
Within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the delivery fee you paid at the time of ordering will be refunded to you.

When returning or exchanging , it is mandatory to present the product invoice . Otherwise, the transaction will not be processed.
If the package you sent does not contain any information regarding your request, the order will only be considered as a return transaction .


Product Return Process

To return your products:

  • Cash on delivery via UPS Cargo
    You can send it with the Kiğılı account code V6X898 .

Payment for shipments made with other cargo companies must be borne by the customer .

The only exchange of products you purchase from our website is in stores ,
Return is only possible by cargo as described above .
In return transactions, the remaining amount is refunded after deducting the gift voucher amount .

Returns and exchanges are not possible for orders placed abroad.

For hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted for underwear products.


Return Policy

  • Even if the product container has been opened (except for perfume, beauty and cosmetic products), all parts inside (package, needle, information card, label, etc.) must be returned complete and intact .

  • There should be no changes or deformations on the product.

  • The product must be unused and free of stains, tears, cracks, or damage .

  • The boxes and labels of perfume, beauty and cosmetic products must not be damaged , and the products must not be opened.

  • Returns and exchanges are not possible for underwear products due to hygiene reasons.

Products Not Acceptable for Exchange or Return

Products that do not meet the above conditions are not exchanged or returned.

When the customer returns the product or refuses the purchase, the cost of the product is refunded to the customer after the returned product reaches Kiğılı Giyim Tic. A.Ş.

For products paid for by bank transfer, return requests are notified to the bank by the system and transferred to your account by the bank within a maximum of 10 business days .

For products paid for by credit card, return information is transmitted to the bank and payment is made by the bank within 10 business days at the latest .
In some cases, the bank may not reflect the amount in your account on the same day.
