Dear Employee and Intern Candidate,

We hereby inform you that we act with the utmost sensitivity in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) No. 6698 and all regulatory acts related to this law in order to process the personal data you share with us in accordance with the law within the scope of your business application to our company and to fully ensure the security of your processed data. For this reason, we would like to inform you about the corporate identity of our company, the purposes for which your personal data is processed, to whom your processed data may be transferred and for what purposes, the method of collecting your personal data and the legal reasons, as well as the rights you have under Article 11 of the Law.

Your personal data contained in the job application forms and CVs you send are processed for the purposes of assessing your suitability for the position you are applying for, conducting employee and intern candidate selection processes, assessing your suitability for the position you are applying for, reviewing your CV for gaps that may arise for other vacancies if your application is negative and with your explicit consent , preparing your employment contract and personal work file if your application is positive, ensuring information security and notifying you about the progress of your job application process, conducting physical and online interviews and preparing your employment contract if the interviews are positive.

C) To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data may be transferred

Your personal data, which we process for the purpose of evaluating your job applications to our company for the purpose of working in our stores under our “Kigılı” and “Abdullah Kiğılı” brands, our company center or our departments and warehouses connected to the center, will only be transferred to those institutions and organizations if requested by the competent authorities within the framework of a judicial or administrative investigation; to the relevant educational institution for the notification of the start of the internship in terms of intern candidates and to our consulting law firm to the extent necessary for the completion of legal procedures in the event of the termination of your employment contract . In addition, personal data regarding employee candidates is not transferred to any other third party or organization.

If you send your CVs to our company via external databases and/or centrally located applications or our email addresses based on Microsoft infrastructure , we would like to inform you that the aforementioned data may be transferred abroad by these companies acting as " data processors ".

Ç) Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

The telephone number and/or email address of the person(s) you are referring to ; your name, surname, telephone number, company/position information ; your email address, as well as your gender , age (full date of birth if you wish), relevant position and working hours if you wish to disclose it at this stage, your marital status if you wish to disclose it, whether you have a driving license if required by the position you are applying for, your educational background and educational background , and your professional experience are collected through the CVs you submit to us. Your personal data contained in your CV is processed on the following legal grounds :

  • Clearly stated in the laws.

  • The processing of personal data relating to the parties is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of the contract .

  • Necessary for the data controller to comply with a legal obligation .

  • Disclosure by the relevant person himself .

  • Processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of a right .

  • Processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not overridden .

D) Rights Listed in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698

According to Article 11 of the KVKK, the data subject has the following rights:

  • To find out whether personal data is being processed ,

  • To request information about whether personal data has been processed ,

  • To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with the purpose,

  • Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred within the country or abroad ,

  • To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,

  • To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,

  • To request that the actions taken upon the request for correction/erasure/destruction be notified to third parties , if the data has been transferred to them ,

  • To object to the fact that the analysis of processed data solely through automated systems would lead to a conclusion against the individual,

  • To demand compensation for damages suffered due to unlawful processing of personal data.

What can you deliver to Kiğılı Giyim Trade Joint Stock Company ?

**According to the “Instructions on the Rules and Principles of Appeal to the Data Protection Officer”**, the following information is mandatory in the appeal: name, surname, (if the appeal is written) signature, Turkish identity number (passport number for foreign citizens), residential or work address for notification, primary e-mail address for notification, if any, telephone and fax number, explanation of the subject of the request .

The person concerned must provide a clear and understandable explanation of the right he or she wishes to exercise. The application must be accompanied by relevant information and documents . If the application is made on behalf of another person, the person making the application must have special authority in this regard and this must be documented with a power of attorney . The application must include identity and address information and must be accompanied by documents confirming identity. Requests made by unauthorized third parties on behalf of another person will not be considered .

Your rights regarding your personal data will be assessed and responded to within 30 days of the date of submission to us at the latest . If your application is assessed negatively , a reasoned rejection will be provided to you by email or post to the address you provided in the application, if possible by the method used to make the application .
