You can return products purchased on abdullahkigili.az within 14 days from the invoice date by selecting "Return" from the "My Account > My Orders" section. After this period, you can explicitly state your request and send the product to our E-commerce Logistics Center within 12 months. Returns are not accepted in our stores. The product to be returned must be sent with the invoice and must comply with the conditions (unworn, unused, and undamaged). Once the product reaches us, the process begins, and your payment will be refunded to you in a short period, depending on your bank.

To return an order, you can access the relevant order from My Account > My Orders and easily initiate a return. For return shipments, the customer pays the shipping fee.

For confirmed return requests on abdullahkigili.az, the bank is notified within 3 business days after the return is confirmed. Due to bank processing, your refund will be reflected in your account within 10-15 business days. For installment purchases, the refund amount is credited to your card in installments by your bank. This process is entirely dependent on your bank's timelines.
